The eCatalogue is an intuitive eCommerce system which is simple to navigate. However to aid new users, a full and comprehensive user guide is available to download from the Support menu. Alternatively use the contact us button to request a copy to be sent to you.
eCatalogue primarily uses Parcel Force for UK mainland Next Day Courier delivery service for all orders despatched from our Northallerton warehouse. We do however offer other postage options. All Next Day deliveries to Northern Ireland and certain Scottish postcodes (e.g. Highlands and Islands) will be delivered by Parcel Force or Royal Mail. In addition bulk orders to one site over 25kg may be delivered by a BT Freight van. Products not despatched from Northallerton will be delivered by a courier service selected by the individual supplier or manufacturer.
Yes, by locating the order and viewing the details you can see the delivery tracking reference with a link to the couriers website.
eCatalogue can be enabled to allow you to upload products directly via a CSV or XML file. To discuss this option please contact your account manager. Please note there will be a set up cost for this.
No, not unless you have specifically purchased a BT branded product. All products come in manufacturer’s own packaging.
The current stock level of a product will be displayed along with the product.
